Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a MEP BIM Modeler. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models for MEPF systems, coordinating with other disciplines, performing clash detection, and contributing to project planning and management tasks. The Modeler will also be responsible for generating quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and ensuring seamless integration of MEPF systems into building designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating 3D models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
• Experience in detailed coordination, clash detection, and project planning
• Skills in generating accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations
• Ability to integrate MEPF systems seamlessly with other disciplines
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or related field
• Experience in sustainable building solutions is a plus
