We take great pride in our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time in night shift , on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Ahmedabad. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, developing construction drawings, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of MEP systems within the BIM framework. The role also involves coordinating with different project stakeholders to detect and resolve clashes effectively. Job Timing 6:00pm To 3:00am Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Experience in creating and managing construction drawings Knowledge of architecture and construction practices Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred Relevant certifications in BIM or MEP Modeling are advantageous Show more Show less
