MEP BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare clash-free coordinated models in collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Generate layouts, sections, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Participate in clash detection, model audits, and ensure design compliance with project BIM standards.
• Maintain model accuracy and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Engineers in model setup, documentation, and data management.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required LOD (Level of Development) and quality standards.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory).
• Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
• Knowledge of MEP coordination principles and construction sequencing.
• Familiarity with codes and standards related to plumbing and firefighting design (e.g., NBC, NFPA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
