MEP BIM Modeler

We're looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and a passion for creating detailed Building Information Models (BIM). You'll be responsible for developing accurate models and producing high-quality drawings that are essential for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for MEP systems.
• Prepare detailed Shop, Fabrication, and Coordination drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design integrity and coordination.
• Utilize BIM software to identify and resolve clashes and design issues.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E.) with a specialization in Mechanical engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM is required.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their application in BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience in preparing Shop, Fabrication, and Coordination drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
