🕔 Shift Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM (Monday to Friday)

Craft BIM Services is a leading provider of 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) solutions, serving clients across the USA. We work with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver precise and coordinated BIM models for MEP systems.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-quality project deliveries for our global clients.

Who Can Apply?

✅ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering

✅ 2–5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit

✅ Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination and clash detection

✅ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

✅ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

✅ Fluent is English speaking, writing and listening

✅ Ability to work in the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Create and develop detailed MEP Revit models as per project standards

🔹 Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models

🔹 Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks

🔹 Prepare drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models

🔹 Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines for project delivery
