Interior Fit-out and Real Estate Construction sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in

  Revit MEP

  (Plumbing / HVAC / Electrical)
• Development of

  MEP BIM models

  , including 3D coordination using Revit and Navisworks
• Knowledge of

  Mechanical HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting codes & standards

• Preparation of

  MEP shop drawings

  and

  2D coordination drawings

• Creation of

  Revit families

  and BIM templates
• Understanding of

  BIM processes and Execution Plans

• Experience in

  fit-out / managed office projects

  will be an advantage
• Ability to

  lead and manage a design team

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Relevant 3-5 years’ experience in MEP design and BIM coordination

  client & subcontractor bills

  as per project progress
• Verify

  quantities and measurements

  on-site against drawings
• Maintain accurate records of

  measurements, billing, and payment status

• Ensure billing compliance with

  contract terms and project timelines

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Degree in

  Civil or MEPF Interior Engineering

• Strong knowledge of

  BOQ, rate analysis, and MS Excel

• Good understanding of

  interior project execution and site measurements

• High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
