Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will support the wellness aspects of Pastiano's vision by providing expert health-related insights. Daily responsibilities include consulting on health and nutrition matters, training team members on healthcare topics, ensuring compliance with health standards, and contributing to projects that align with promoting healthy lifestyles. Collaboration and communication with internal teams will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency medical services (EMT) and healthcare-related practices
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and consult with team members
• Knowledge in medicine and healthcare-related subject matter
• Experience or ability in conducting training in health and wellness topics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare or related fields are an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Siliguri and demonstrate a commitment to promoting health and wellness
