Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Mental Health Specialist position is based in Porbandar. The primary responsibilities include providing mental health care, performing psychological assessments, managing cases, and offering crisis intervention. The role requires collaboration with clients and healthcare teams to ensure the best support and outcomes for individuals. The specialist will also contribute to planning and implementing mental health programs as part of their day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Care and Mental Health expertise to address clients' emotional and psychological needs
• Strong foundation in Psychology and experience in Case Management
• Skills in Crisis Intervention and the ability to respond effectively to critical situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications and experience working in mental health services are beneficial
