Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Kolkata. The Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for providing mental health care, conducting psychological assessments, managing individual cases, and delivering crisis intervention services. Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supporting individuals through therapy sessions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health and Mental Health Care practices
• Strong skills in Psychology and understanding human behavior
• Experience in Case Management and coordinating care plans
• Ability to deliver Crisis Intervention with a calm and empathetic approach
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A Master's degree or relevant advanced qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice mental health care
• Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team is a plus
