Mental Health Specialist

We are currently seeking a compassionate Mental Health Advisor to join our team in Bangalore and contribute to our growth journey. As a Mental Health Advisor at iDare, you will play a crucial role in assisting application users with cases related to abuse, mental health, and trauma through voice and non-voice platforms. Your responsibilities will include conducting user assessments, crisis intervention, client education, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, continuous professional development, promoting awareness, engaging with clients professionally, and managing queries in situations of distress. To excel in this role, you must hold a Master's Degree in Psychology or Counseling, be flexible to work in rotational shifts, maintain a typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, and demonstrate empathy towards individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of mental health, be a collaborative team player, have excellent communication skills, and exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of Kannada and/or other regional languages is considered an added advantage.
