Mental Health Specialist

Role Overview: As an Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist, your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures at the on-site location in Tiruppur. Your role will involve conducting safety inspections, managing health and safety programs, delivering safety training sessions, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and environmental regulations. You will need to proactively identify potential hazards and recommend safety measures to mitigate risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures. - Conduct safety inspections and manage health and safety programs. - Deliver safety training sessions to employees. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental regulations. - Proactively identify potential hazards and recommend safety measures to mitigate risks. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health management. - Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Safety Training practices. - Experience in developing and implementing risk assessment and safety protocols in the workplace. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address health and safety concerns. - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. - Familiarity with local and international safety standards and regulations. - Certification in health and safety management, like NEBOSH or OSHA, is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.,
