Job Description

Conduct end-to-end investigations into customer complaints and identify the root cause of losses.
Implement and follow up on loss prevention plans in MDR Concessions.
Perform audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide on-ground intelligence to uncover abuse MOs and recommend loss prevention initiatives.
Analyze loss trends and implement process improvements to reduce losses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall security posture.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in security and loss prevention roles, or 9+ years of experience in security service/loss prevention/asset protection/investigations/law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of security operations, auditing, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
