Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in critical care, emergency, operating theater (OT), general wards, and cath lab settings.
  • Monitor patient vitals, administer medication, and manage patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assess and document patient responses to treatments, reporting any changes to the attending physician promptly.
  • Assist in emergency situations by performing life
  • saving procedures and ensuring the efficient operation of emergency equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures and assist surgeons during operations.
  • Educate patients and their families about ongoing healthcare needs, treatments, and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay current with nursing practices and technologies.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license with active registration.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in critical care, emergency, OT, wards, or cath lab.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and teamwork.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high
  • pressure situations.
