Oversee integration with APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party applications
Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards
Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies (Mendix Cloud, SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or on-prem)
Conduct code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to developers
Mentor and coach Mendix developers, enabling skill growth across the team
