Job Description Role Member Finance
Work with Business Finance team to ensure diligence around Deal Review and Financial Planning Analysis
Roles Responsibilities

Financial planning analysis - Working on the Yearly and Quarterly Business plan for the unit along with business and ensuring all the key parameters. Presenting a monthly deviation report against budgets/plan
Monthly/Quarterly Financial reporting - Sharing performance review reports for unit with leadership
Deal Review Understanding various deal related details with business and making recommendation to leadership on finance viewpoint.
Compliance Ensure all the compliance including tax, (direct indirect tax), Legal and internal system compliances are adhered to
Others

Partnering with the business on various aspects on finance and helping them navigate challenges
Monitoring Key Business Metrics
Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles, especially on Revenue Recognition
Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place

Qualification
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
