We are seeking a talented UI and UX Developer to join our Technology Lead team
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, as well as ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products
As a Technology Lead, you will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained

Work Location:

Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Experience Range:

2 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences.
Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and others.
Develop interactive and dynamic prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design and development processes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Post Graduation Degree/ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field or Equivalent Degree.
Experience in Frontend design and development.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proficiency in UI development, Functional and Integration testing.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS,Angular,React and JavaScript.
Basic Knowledge on Github,Devops,any Database.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Proven experience in leading development teams.
