About the Company & Role :

Our client is going to build a new-age job portal and recruitment technology platform promoted by a veteran leader in the recruitment consulting industry with decades of experience in executive search and staffing.

We are building a next-generation Recruitment Portal with integrated ATS & CRM, powered by AI-driven features for matching, screening, and workflow automation. The platform is designed for jobseekers, recruiters, employers, and franchise hiring partners across India.

We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to shape the core user experience of this high-impact HRTech product from the ground up.

This opportunity is open for full-time employees, hybrid professionals, and delivery-focused freelancers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design user journeys, wireframes, and UI screens for SaaS web platforms
• Create responsive UI designs for desktop and mobile web
• Support in building and maintaining a design system (components, typography, colors)
• Work closely with founders, product managers & developers
• Convert business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Prepare developer-ready Figma files, layouts, and assets
• Enhance UX continuously based on feedback and usage patterns

Required Skills & Experience :

• 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability & information architecture
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, web apps, dashboards, or marketplaces
• Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have :

• Experience with Recruitment Portals, ATS, CRM, HRTech, ERP, or Marketplaces
• Basic exposure to mobile app UI/UX
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards
