Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer emails/chats in a professional manner
Resolve queries related to products/services with a focus on customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Meet process metrics such as quality, accuracy, and response time
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Adhere to shift schedules and company policies

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Willingness to work in night shifts (rotational shifts if required)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum: HSC (12th Pass) or Diploma
