Role Overview - Customer Support Executive

Contact insurance payers to resolve claims (denials/non-denials) using PMS and internal systems.
Escalate issues, trends, and process improvements to supervisors.
Maintain documentation: SOPs, trackers, issue logs, and trend reports.
Participate in training sessions to build expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Investigate and resolve complex patient account issues.
Identify accounts that can be resolved without calling and coordinate with analysts.
Apply logical thinking to ensure accurate and efficient account resolution.
Lead special projects and escalate complex payer issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of voice/ semi voice process experience
Graduates or Undergraduates are welcome
Strong communication skills
Comfortable to work in US shift
