Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.

  • Looking out for candidates with L2 or Teir 2 expirience who has handled escalation calls into E-commernce platform.

  • Candidate should know how the return and refund policy works in an e-commernce playform.

  • Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
