Support installation, configuration, and environment setup for Meditech systems (Expanse, MAGIC, C/S). Collaborate with U.S. hospital IT teams for smooth deployments and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and upgrade Meditech systems and modules
Work with U.S.-based IT teams remotely
Troubleshoot install-related issues (connectivity, HL7, VPN, etc.)
Document steps and ensure compliance with HIPAA protocols
On-call support as needed (U.S. hours)

Required Experience:

3–7 years in Meditech installation or support
Knowledge of Meditech Expanse, MAGIC, or C/S
Familiarity with Windows Server, Citrix, SQL, Active Directory
HL7, VPN, and remote access tools experience
Strong communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Meditech DR or certification
Experience with Cloverleaf, Mirth, or EHR migrations (Epic, Cerner)
Onshore-offshore hospital IT support experience
ITIL or support certifications
