Medicine Counter Assistant

As a Customer Service Companion, your role involves complying with and achieving the branch's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Your focus will be on achieving individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and going the extra mile to drive sales. This includes upselling and cross-selling products, as well as providing suggestions to improve sales such as planning marketing activities and changing the store layout. Additionally, you will be responsible for following inventory control procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. This involves assessing customers" needs, providing assistance and information on product features, welcoming customers to the store, and addressing their queries. You will actively seek out and engage customers within the store, as well as handle customer returns efficiently. Building a productive and trusting relationship with customers is key to success in this role. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Attention to detail and good organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule.
