Medicine Counter Assistant

As a Customer Service Companion, your role involves complying with and achieving the branch's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You will be responsible for achieving individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and going the extra mile to drive sales. Your duties will include upselling and cross-promoting products, as well as providing recommendations to enhance sales, such as planning marketing activities and adjusting the store layout. Additionally, you will be expected to follow inventory control procedures to ensure efficient operations.
