We are seeking a skilled Medical Coding professional with expertise in IPDRG to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in medical coding, ensuring accurate assignment of codes for diagnoses and procedures, and maintaining compliance with coding standards.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records for accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures using IPDRG methodology.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations in India.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies in documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices and updates in IPDRG standards.
Assist in coding audits and quality assurance processes to improve coding accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in medical coding, specifically with IPDRG systems.
Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare regulations.
Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record systems.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate coding and documentation.
