Medical Superintendent

You will be preferred if you hold a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from India. Stemz Healthcare in Gurugram is looking for a full-time on-site Medical Superintendent MBBS. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of patient care, manage staff, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Your responsibilities will also include implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided. To be considered for this role, you must have a Medical degree (MBBS) and a valid medical license. You should also have experience in healthcare management and administration, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards. Additionally, you should be able to analyze data and implement improvements, have experience with healthcare technology and systems, and possess interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.,
