Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA)

Prior experience managing a hospital with 200+ beds is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day hospital operations
Coordinate between clinical departments and administrative units
Implement and monitor quality care standards, SOPs, and clinical protocols
Ensure compliance with NABH, legal, and statutory regulations
Handle medical emergencies, crisis management, and hospital preparedness
Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical/paramedical staff
Address patient grievances and drive patient satisfaction initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and clinical teams

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
In-depth knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare systems
Familiarity with NABH accreditation and quality assurance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
