Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospital’s medical and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
Supervise medical staff and departments, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance patient services and clinical outcomes.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiencies.
Lead training, development, and performance evaluation initiatives.
Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

MBBS degree mandatory; Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB/DM) preferred.
Proven experience as Medical Superintendent or in a senior healthcare administrative role.
Strong understanding of hospital management, clinical protocols, and healthcare laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with compassion and integrity.
