The role involves managing medical staff, developing and implementing healthcare policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and coordinating between different departments. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills Expertise in healthcare policies, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance Ability to manage medical staff and coordinate between departments Experience in budgeting and strategic planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and relevant certification in hospital administration Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior medical management role Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools Experience in a large hospital setting is preferred Show more Show less
