As a Medical Affairs Associate at Bioscan Research, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Medical Affairs:** You will be a crucial representative of the Medical Affairs function, offering scientific and clinical expertise on Bioscan Research's technologies. Your responsibilities will include communicating complex medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals (HCPs) clearly, accurately, and compliantly. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that product messaging aligns with clinical evidence. - **Medico-Marketing:** Your role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of medico-marketing strategies to effectively communicate the scientific value of Bioscan's products. You will assist in creating scientific content for various platforms such as presentations, brochures, CME kits, digital campaigns, and educational tools. Identifying key national and international conferences, symposiums, and industry events for brand visibility and scientific engagement will also be part of your responsibilities. - **Data Collection and Management:** You will be responsible for collecting, validating, and managing clinical and real-world data from field studies, product trials, and hospital use cases. Ensuring high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across clinical records and reporting systems will be essential. Additionally, you will provide support for publications, grant reporting, and regulatory submissions using the compiled data. - **KOL Management:** Your role will involve identifying and cultivating strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in neurology, emergency care, and trauma medicine. Coordinating scientific exchanges, advisory board meetings, investigator-led studies, and co-branded educational initiatives will be crucial. Maintaining continuous engagement with KOLs to gather feedback and insights for product development and adoption will also be part of your responsibilities. - **Support and Education:** You will deliver scientific presentations and training sessions for clinicians, hospital staff, researchers, and internal teams. Responding to medical inquiries, providing evidence-based answers, and addressing clinical concerns raised by customers or partners will be essential. Additionally, you will train field and sales teams on scientific messaging, clinical indications, and competitive positioning. - **Channel Partner Onboarding and Support:** You will support the identification and onboarding of channel partners aligned with Bioscan's market and therapeutic goals. Developing and delivering product training modules, sales enablement resources, and clinical FAQs for channel partner teams will be part of your responsibilities. Providing ongoing post-sales medical support, troubleshooting clinical use cases, and coordinating with the clinical team for escalated issues will also be crucial. **Qualifications:** - Strong background in medical affairs and medicine - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Degree in a medical-related field - Experience in the medical device industry is a plus,
