Medical Sales Trainer

As a Medical Sales Trainer, you play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of the field sales force. You are an integral part of a dynamic Training Team and utilize state-of-the-art training infrastructure at our Manesar facility. - Conduct regular product training sessions for both new and current field staff. - Provide training on competitor product knowledge and market positioning. - Facilitate practical training sessions like TMR detailing practice. - Assess trainee performance through written product tests and assessments. - Update and adapt training modules and materials with product updates and market shifts. - Offer post-training support and feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop training content. - Ensure interactive and impactful training sessions aligned with business objectives. - Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports. - Assist in onboarding new sales team members. Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree in Science or Pharmacy. - Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in sales or training. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proactive, energetic, and a strong passion for teaching. - Preference for candidates residing in or near Gurgaon/Manesar.,
