Medical Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative at Samson Scientifics and Surgicals Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing orthopaedic brand. Your role will involve hands-on field sales experience with doctors, chemists, and distributors, providing you with attractive career growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting meetings with doctors and physiotherapists to introduce products, share MRP catalogues, and establish strong relationships. You will also be responsible for engaging with existing distributors, reviewing sales history, and securing new orders. Convincing chemists to stock products based on doctor recommendations and identifying and onboarding new distributors in untapped regions will be crucial for new market expansion and development. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills, a self-motivated and sales-driven mindset, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at the Head Office in Indore, with a day shift schedule.
