Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our team at the Kanpur Headquarter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to generate demand and increase product visibility.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and usage through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and medical camps to enhance product awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare industry.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
