Medical Sales Representative

As a dynamic young professional with B Pharm / D Pharma background and sales experience, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at clinics and hospitals in Chennai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with HCPs regarding topics like Red Flags for LSDs, and Differential Diagnosis Pathways. - Educating HCPs about the Diagnostic Program focused on diagnosing rare diseases such as Gaucher, Pompe, ASMD, MPS-1, and Fabrys Disease. - Onboarding interested HCPs into the program and updating the CRM system with their details. - Establishing regular follow-ups with onboarded HCPs to provide continued education and program support. - Ensuring HCPs actively onboard patients to the Diagnostic program and facilitating the diagnostic process. - Providing enrolled HCPs with clinical pro forma and DBS kits for patient onboarding. - Assisting HCPs in booking diagnostic tests or collecting blood samples using the DBS kits. - Monitoring and maintaining records of HCP activity and patient onboarding status. - Addressing HCP queries and troubleshooting any issues to streamline the program workflow. - Proactively identifying potential HCPs to expand program outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested participants. - Submitting timely updates to management, providing insights on HCP engagement.
