Medical Sales Representative (MR)

We are searching for a competitive and reliable Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals. Your primary objective will be to enhance product awareness, address inquiries, offer guidance, and introduce new products. You will be responsible for visiting doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly to advocate for company products. Additionally, demonstrating product usage, providing necessary samples, and promotional materials, as well as establishing and nurturing positive relationships with medical professionals will be part of your daily tasks. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, recording sales calls and customer feedback, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams for strategy alignment is essential. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for entry-level applicants. Strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, self-motivation, goal-orientation, and customer focus are crucial qualities for this role. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation purposes is also required.
