Medical Sales Representative (MR)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals. Your goal will be to increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice, and introduce new products. Key Responsibilities: Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies on a daily basis to promote company products Demonstrate product usage and provide necessary product samples and promotional materials Build and maintain good relationships with medical professionals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain records of sales calls and customer feedback Conduct product presentations and training sessions as needed Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for strategy alignment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred Proven sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level) Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation Benefits: Fixed salary Travel allowance Training and development programs Opportunity to work with a reputed brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Remote
