About the Role

dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals.
• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors regularly.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to doctors.
• Collect orders from distributors/retailers and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with competitor products, market trends, and industry updates.
• Participate in conferences, CMEs, and marketing activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Pharm, BBA/BA/Any Graduate).
• 0–2 years of experience in medical/pharma sales (freshers also welcome).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build good rapport with doctors and healthcare staff.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in pharma or medical device sales.
• Understanding of the local healthcare market.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
