Medical representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals.
• Provide accurate information about the products, including dosage, side effects, and benefits.
• Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meetings, and product awareness camps.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and report to the management.
• Maintain records of daily calls and follow-ups through company CRM or reporting systems.
• Ensure timely payment collection and inventory management (if applicable).
• Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
