Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Brief: We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to contribute to our company’s sales growth. You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Answer questions and provide detailed information about offerings. Understand customer needs and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team. Handle customer grievances professionally to maintain company reputation. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in telesales or customer service. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and persuade customers. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
