Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Andheri West
Department: Sales / Customer Service

Job Purpose:

To generate leads, make outbound calls, handle customer queries, and support sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound queries.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.
• Assist in campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Experience:

• Freshers or 0–2 years in tele calling/sales preferred.
