The role involves promoting a range of pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals while developing and managing strong professional relationships with key healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the pharma market, strong territory management skills, and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include regular doctor visits, scientific product detailing, prescription generation, competitor analysis, and coordination with chemists and distributors to ensure product availability. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a graduate degree in B.Sc, B.Pharm, or a related field, and be willing to travel locally. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory. This is a full-time, field-based opportunity offering career advancement in a fast-growing pharmaceutical environment.
