About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative who has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate should have strong doctor & chemist connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive prescription generation and achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Leverage existing relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions and drive sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with doctors, stockists, and chemists.
• Organize and participate in CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend business strategies.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail and distributor points.
• Submit daily/weekly reports, sales data, and territory feedback to management.
• Adhere to ethical marketing practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong existing network of doctors, chemists, and distributors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
