About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Provide timely feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, promotional events, and product presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with doctors and healthcare staff.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
