Medical Representative (MR)

Role Overview

Company:

Compensation

Maximum Fixed Salary:
Up to 30,000 50,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
Quarterly incentives + Travel and Daily Allowances
Payroll Structure:

Clarification provided by Aditya Kompella
They will be onboarded onto the current
TISS payroll
(or another third-party provider) via a Fixed Term Contract (FTC), renewable annually.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in
dental or prescription-oriented products
is an advantage.
Candidates with
8–10+ years of experience
are generally avoided to ensure alignment with role seniority and growth pace.

Working Expectations

Product Focus:

Coverage Targets:

Quarterly:
~240 Dentists and ~200 Chemists
Daily:
9 Dentists and 6–7 Chemists

Travel Requirements:

Monthly:
3–4 days outstation + 1–2 days ex-HQ
For metros working radius is ~80–85 km.Travel beyond
100 km
or
>3–4 hours
is considered outstation.
