Medical Representative (MR)

Core Responsibilities Product Promotion & Sales: The primary role is to promote and sell the company's medicines, medical devices, and other healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists.  Educating Healthcare Professionals: MRs inform healthcare professionals about new products, their benefits, features, and the scientific evidence supporting their efficacy.  Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trusted professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel is crucial for long-term business and customer satisfaction.  Territory Management: This involves planning daily visit schedules to meet healthcare professionals, covering a specific geographical territory, and managing key accounts.  Market Intelligence: Gathering valuable market information and competitor analysis on rival products and tracking market trends to inform sales strategies.  Key Activities Meetings & Presentations: Arranging and conducting meetings with medical professionals to present product information and conduct demonstrations.  Information Dissemination: Providing detailed product information, scientific literature, and clinical trial data to support product claims.  Achieving Sales Targets: Working to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals within their assigned territories.  Market Feedback: Providing feedback on product performance and market needs to the company's marketing team.  Compliance: Adhering to ethical and regulatory standards governing the pharmaceutical industry.  Skills Required  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
