Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative based in Varanasi and Gorakhpur, you will play a crucial role in our Sales & Marketing department. Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and providing market intelligence will be key aspects of your role to support the growth of our company. Your key responsibilities will include promoting our products to healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, scheduling and conducting meetings and presentations with clients, maintaining detailed records of interactions, monitoring competitors" activities, ensuring timely order collection, attending company events and training sessions, and providing valuable feedback for marketing strategies and product enhancements. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales position. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role.
