Job Description:

Oreo Healthcare is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives for Kanpur and Lucknow locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the company's products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Meet and interact with doctors (GPs, specialists), pharmacists, and hospital staff regularly.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and briefings to medical professionals.
• Regularly follow up on leads and maintain daily call reports.
• Ensure product availability at retail and wholesale counters.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report market feedback, competitor activities, and field updates to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory (Kanpur & Lucknow).
• Own vehicle preferred.
