Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative in the Sales & Marketing department, your role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals like doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing market insights to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Promote company products to doctors and healthcare professionals. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Schedule and conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups with clients. - Maintain detailed records of all interactions with healthcare professionals. - Monitor competitors" activities and report market trends. - Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the supply chain for deliveries. - Attend company meetings, training sessions, and conferences. - Provide feedback and suggestions for marketing strategies and product improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred). - 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
