Medical Representative

We have an opportunity for the position of Medical Representative LOreal Dermatological Beauty Division for L’Oral India at the level of Executive and will report to BDM for the respective region (Delhi NCR/Mumbai), L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the medical action plan to increase prescription and recommendation. You should have 3-6 years of relevant work experience as the medical representative. The location of the job will be Mumbai/Delhi NCR and prior experience in Pharma is required (derma is an added plus)

Key Deliverables:

• Enhance the image and increase prescription and recommendation of the brands: o Visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brands products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient o Promote the brands added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services o Get to know the environment, the pathologies, the products and the useful communication techniques for promoting the products and services o Represent the brand/the Division at every contact opportunity with health professionals and ensure they are followed up (congresses, ongoing medical training..)

• Implement the medical visit strategy: o Respect target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles o Make systematic use of available promotional tools (sales visit aids, brochures, publications) o Use all available digital and physical communication channels to increase message frequency and enhance customisation o Implement communication techniques to adapt to doctors needs and personalise the approach o Check on the presence and correct distribution of the products within the pharmacies/drugstores situated near to the prescribers o Ensure synergy with commercial teams to increase sell-out

• Manage administrative and reporting tasks: o Organise and optimise visit planning o Prepare visits and carry out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting

• Ensure respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals

• Flag up any adverse side effects to cosmeto-vigilance.
