Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, increase product visibility, and achieve sales targets.

Sales volume, daily calls/visits, conversion rate, report timeliness, customer rating

Job Purpose Summary:

To promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, increase product visibility, and achieve defined sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties (KRA):

Product Promotion: Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and company compliance standards in all promotional activities.

Sales Volume Achieved (%)
