Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haridwar for the position of Medical Quality Head. Key responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and improving quality management systems within the hospital. The role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, analyzing data to enhance patient care, conducting internal audits, and training staff on quality practices. The Medical Quality Head will collaborate closely with medical professionals and administrative teams to maintain and improve the delivery of high-quality healthcare services aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks, healthcare accreditation standards, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in conducting internal audits, managing quality assurance programs, and implementing process improvements in a healthcare setting.
• Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning for enhanced patient care and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills for effectively guiding teams.
• Medical or healthcare-related qualifications, with expertise in hospital or clinical operations management. Accreditation and certifications in Quality Management will be an advantage.
